By logging in to the Telcoplus Customer Portal, you can see your current and past statements, your unbilled calls for the current month and your internet data usage. You can also make a payment by credit card. Click on the following buttons to access the Customer Portal, enter your 6 digit account number (on your bill) and your password.

Telcoplus customers can pay their accounts by a wide variety of payment options such as cheque, credit card over the phone, BPay, Australia Post and PostBill Pay. However, the most convenient option is by Direct Debit. We can conveniently debit either your bank account or credit card each month - nothing for you to do!
Telcoplus also offers convenient Webmail facilities via the link webmail.telcoplus.com.au just enter your username and password to access your emails from any internet connection.
